Dodo sells NBN 25, NBN 50, NBN 100, and NBN 250 plans. In addition, Dodo has an NBN 15 plan with download speeds limited to 15Mbps. That's a bit faster than what you'd get from an NBN 12 plan, at a similar price. We'd suggest most opt for NBN 50 at a minimum.

If you already have an NBN connection at your place, the standard time frame is one to five business days, and you won't need a visit from a technician. In most cases, you should be swapped over on the same day.
If it's your first time getting connected to the NBN, this process can take up to 20 business days and a technician will need to make the initial setup.
