Hubbl is launching a new bundle offering 12 months of savings for Netflix and Kayo Sports subscribers.
The bundle will be available from October 31.
The new Hubbl bundle is available in three tiers:
- Kayo One + Netflix Standard with Ads for $25 per month for 12 months (saving $7.99 per month for 12 months)
- Kayo One + Netflix Standard for $36 per month for 12 months (saving $7.99 per month for 12 months)
- Kayo Basic + Netflix Premium for $45 per month for 12 months (saving $15.99 per month for 12 months)
The offer is available when customers purchase the Hubbl device for $99. All up you'll save $95.88 if you opt for one of the first two options or $191.88 if you choose to go premium with both services.
The lower saving for the first two options means they're only a good deal if you really want the Hubbl as the savings don't cover the cost of the Hubbl itself.
CEO of Foxtel Retail, Hubbl, and Group Chief Strategy Officer, Hilary Perchard, said “We’re committed to bringing the best sport and entertainment experience to our customers and this new bundle offers fantastic value at $25 per month for 12 months. We believe this first-of-its-kind bundle will enhance the viewing experience and bring fans closer to the sports and Netflix content they love.”
Hubbl users can stream their favourite apps including Netflix, Disney Plus, Stan, Amazon's Prime Video, Apple TV Plus and YouTube as well as Hubbl's own Binge, Kayo, Flash and Lifestyle services.
Hubbl offers a Stack and Save feature which allows users to receive a credit each month by bundling streaming services through Hubbl.
With Stack and Save users can be credited:
- $5 per month with three services
- $10 per month with four services
- $15 per month with five services
Services that are eligible for Stack and Save include Binge, Kayo Sport, Lifestyle, Flash News, and Netflix. Customers that take up the Kayo Sports and Netflix bundle will not be able to count them towards Stack and Save but they can still get $5 per month if they take up subscriptions to Binge, Lifestyle, and Flash News.
We've crunched the numbers and if you are interested in signing up for all five services it's cheaper to skip the bundle offer.
If you're signing up for the cheapest plan for each service you'd pay $58.99 per month (or $43.99 adding the $15 credit you get with Stack and Save).
If you take up the Kayo Sports and Netflix bundle and still sign up for the other three services you'll pay $51 per month (or $46 adding the $5 credit you get with Stack and Save).
The standalone Hubbl starts at $99 for the set-top box or from $1,595 for the all-in-one TV unit.
