FoxFlicks: Foxtel adds new on demand movie options for pay TV subscribers

Foxtel subscribers with the Movie pack included in their plan now have access to over 1,000 movies on demand through what the pay TV giant calls "FoxFlicks". FoxFlicks is a Netflix-like streaming service that augments Foxtel's traditional subscriptions with ad-free on demand content.

The current movie selection includes a mix of new release titles and classics. In terms of new releases, The Last Jedi, Thor: Ragnarok, Mother, Dunkirk, Battle of the Sexes, War for the Planet of the Apes, and Bad Moms 2 are all streaming now.

Foxtel says it will add a new movie to the service each day.

FoxFlicks is available at no extra charge for Foxtel subscribers with the Movie pack on their plan or a Platinum HD package. The service requires an internet connected iQ3 or iQ4 set-top box and a 3Mbps internet connection for standard video and 7Mbps for high definition.

If you've already got the necessary equipment and Foxtel subscription, you'll find FoxFlicks content on the On Demand pane of your set-top box.
