Following Netflix’s recent price hike, Apple TV Plus has followed its lead by increasing its pricing in Australia from $12.99 per month to $15.99 per month. Interestingly, the annual subscription and Apple One pricing haven’t changed, making those deals an even bigger discount under the new monthly pricing.
How much does Apple TV Plus cost now?
Effective immediately, monthly Apple TV Plus subscriptions will cost $15.99 in Australia. The Apple TV Plus Annual Plan will still cost $129 per year and Apple One (which includes Apple TV Plus) still costs $24.95/mth for the Individual plan, $31.95 per month for the Family plan and $49.95 per month for Premium.
Here’s what those plans get you:

The last time Apple TV Plus raised its prices was back in October 2023, going from $9.99 to $12.99 per month. A year earlier, in October 2022, Apple TV Plus customers experienced their first price rise, increasing from $7.99 to $9.99 per month. The new pricing makes Apple TV Plus twice as expensive as it was when it first launched in Australia.
Apple is in good company in that regard. Disney Plus has increased its average plan price by 106% since its 2020 launch and ad-free streaming with Amazon Prime Video has gone up by 117%.
