Superloop wins the Internet Customer Satisfaction - Price award with a score of 3.9 out of 5. Superloop ranked highest in what is clearly an important category, winning the Internet Customer Satisfaction - Reliability award with a score of 4.3 out of 5.
Most Satisfied Customers - Internet 2025

It's independently owned, every plan has unlimited data and it's amongst the fastest NBN providers for typical evening speeds.
