Superloop NBN plans are supplied as pure stand-alone Fixed Line Broadband Services including a free VoIP Direct In Dial Number (DID) so you can either port your current phone number to Superloop (if you have one) or they can assign you a new one. This VoIP service can be used to make and receive phone calls over your Superloop Broadband Service. Call charges apply
NBN Fixed Line Internet is the next generation broadband technology delivered via fibre optic cables. Fibre optic broadband is capable of delivering superfast broadband speed.
A Cancellation Fee will apply if you cancel your Broadband service within the minimum contract term. The Cancellation Fee is calculated as: Remaining months in the contract term x the monthly charge x 30%. You may cancel your service at any time by giving Superloop thirty (30) days’ written notice.
A compatible router at your premises. You can choose to supply and manage your own the router, or request one from Superloop. You will be charged $20 shipping.
The offer of a Free eero 7+ router with eero Secure is only available to Superloop totalbiz on Business nbn® customers and only applies to the purchase of the first router per service. Should you cancel your service before 36 months you will be charged a modem payout fee for the remaining months.

These charges include, but are not limited to, charges such as Phone Line Activation Fee or Copper Line Installation Charges, Lead-in or Additional Cabling, Additional Line Fee, Equipment Charges such as Modems, Routers or Splitters, Missed Appointment Fees or any complex on site work required to provide a functional broadband service. Charges are dependent on the type of work that needs to be done and will be decided by Superloop's network supplier and passed on to you at cost price (plus GST).
