Service Description
The Starlink Residential Plan is a user installed two-way satellite internet service for personal, household, or residential use. Additional information about the service is contained in the Starlink Terms of Service.
Equipment Requirement
The Service depends upon successful user installation of Starlink dish, Wi-Fi router, power supply and mounts (Starlink Kit) in accordance with the instructions.
Data Allowance
The Residential plan includes unlimited data, service is subject to the Fair Use Policy. Stated speeds and uninterrupted use of Services are not guaranteed.
Fees & Charges
The monthly Service fee will begin on the earlier of (i) the date you activate the Starlink Kit or (ii) 30 days after Starlink ships your Starlink Kit (Payment Due Date). Starlink will automatically charge your approved payment method for the first month’s service fee on the Payment Due Date. The Service fee for the second month and all subsequent months thereafter will be due on the monthly anniversary of the Payment Due Date.
Other charges include the upfront payment to purchase the Starlink Kit and applicable shipping and handling charges. A congestion charge may also apply depending on your location.
If you cancel service, you will have to return your Starlink hardware rental.
