Equipment Requirement
This plan requires you to have an NBN compatible modem/router. You can purchase an NBN modem from Skymesh or you may choose to BYO modem.
Other Features
- Free Setup & Installation: No hidden connection, setup, activation, establishment, upgrading, termination, credit card or delivery fees.
- Australian team: Speak with a local team that understands your requirements, not an overseas call centre.
- Unlimited Plan Changes: You can upgrade or downgrade your internet plan whenever you like, without incurring plan change admin fees.
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Skymesh internet service within the first 30 days of activation, you are entitled to a full refund of your chosen internet plan. See full details of Skymesh satisfaction guarantee.
Service Availability
This plan is only available on Standard Plus Speed. Your maximum throughput will be lower than the Peak Information Rate and can be affected by: overheads imposed by Ethernet and other protocols you use such as TCP/IP, the Internet server you are accessing, the network between Skymesh and the server you are accessing, the network between Skymesh and your service, and local factors such as the performance of your computer equipment including your network router and wireless network.
If you have a medical alarm, security alarm or EFTPOS terminal, please contact your existing providers to discuss your needs and, if possible, migrate these services to the nbn® network. Skymesh does not provide support for these specialised services.
nbn® does not include a battery backup service for Fixed Wireless so, during a mains power disruptions, you will not be able to use the service to make emergency phone calls. It is strongly recommended that you always have the ability to make emergency phone calls. Keeping a charged mobile phone close by might be one way of maintaining that ability.
