Service Description
This active8me NBN plan includes a Satellite broadband service over the NBN network which is dedicated to providing broadband connectivity to regional and remote Australia.
nbn® Sky Muster Plus is a broadband internet service delivered via National Broadband Network using Satellite technology to your premises. Sky Muster Plus Premium (25/5Mbps) with supplementary burst *potential*. This plan may be able to burst up to upload speeds of 10Mbps from time to time (subject to available network capacity).
Included Data
All data use is unmetered. There is no data limit for unmetered data.
Equipment Requirement
Activ8me do not include a router as part of this service. You may bring your own nbn®-ready router or separately purchase an nbn® ready wireless router from Activ8me. Activ8me supplied equipment is entitled to full technical support and a 12-month equipment warranty.
Early Termination Charge
There is no early termination charge. If you request termination of your service, your service will be disconnected at the end of your billing month.
Manage Your Account
A record of your account usage can be viewed by logging into the ‘My Account’ section of the Activ8me website. Usage information can take up to 24 hours to update.
Things you need to know:
There are technical limitations that may affect your performance. This may include but is not limited to; the age and quality of hardware, this refers to your Wi-Fi router and the hardware that you use. Wi-Fi signals can also be interrupted if positioned close to other devices such as; microwaves, security cameras and cordless telephones. If you should require any assistance, please contact our customer service team.
Your nbn® service will not work during a power failure. During a mains power disruption, you will not be able to use your internet service. It is important to note: this also means any Voice over internet phone services will also not work.
