How we judge this award
WhistleOut decides this award through a twelve month scoring competition rather than a single snapshot in time. Every month between July 2025 and June 2026, the top three plans in each mobile category earn points toward this overall title: three points for first place, two for second and one for third. Those monthly totals accumulate across the full year for every provider represented in the mobile categories, and whichever provider finishes the year with the highest running total is named Mobile Provider of the Year. When two providers finish level on points, the tie is broken first by counting how many monthly first place finishes each recorded, then second place finishes, then third, so the result reflects consistent performance rather than a single strong month.
