iiNet is currently one of Australia's largest internet service providers (ISP), receiving "Carrier of the Year" at the 2008 ATUG awards. So far as customer service goes, iiNet has the best online reputation of the major ISP's at the moment, with their 24/7 technical support line and specialist Mac support line. iiNet broadband is fast and reliable, offering some great broadband deals across its range.
iiNet currently has a great customer service reputation. This is mostly due to the their great 24/7 technical support line located in Australia, NZ and South Africa depending on the time of your call, so you won't be breaking any language barriers. They even have a dedicated line just for Mac users.
As with most call centres, waits can occasionally be frustrating but by internet user reports most people receive assistance quickly and find their problems resolved expertly when compared to some other ISP's.
