HTC Sensation Goes White

HTC may have started moving on to bigger and brighter phones, but that doesn’t mean its ex-flagship model, the HTC Sensation, can’t have a little makeover. The Sensation is being released in a new white model, probably in hopes of sparking some new interest from consumers or possibly to prepare the old girl for its inevitable fall down to the more mid-range areas of the market.

The reworking doesn’t end with the case, however. Even though the white HTC Sensation will be shipping with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, it will apparently be receiving an update for Google’s newest OS, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, early this year. This would definitely be enough to bring a few new customers back on board the Sensation train, as many of HTC’s devices are sure to see a decent wait before an update to 4.0 can be made available.
