HTC Incredible Gets Incredible Prices

HTC Incredible is incredibly good value

The news on the HTC Incredible S keeps getting better.

The latest news is that this phone is available with a whopping 3 Months Free right out of the gates with Optus Business.

Virgin Mobile’s plans are also very well priced with the Incredible S available under $50 per month on a range of plans.

We’re still waiting on the consumer division of Optus to make this phone available.

This is one the most powerful and impressive of the new Google Android phones in both carrier’s ranges right now so it is very well priced as alternative to the iPhone 4.

It ships in Australia with the latest and most impressive version of the Android Operating System, Gingerbread.

Here’s what Alex said in an earlier post about the Incredible S recently.

As far as hardware goes the Incredible S sports a 4 inch, 480 x 800 LCD touchscreen, 8MP camera with dual-led flash, 1GHz processor and scratch-resistant display.

The Incredible S is a nice evolutionary step forwards from older models such as the HTC Desire and HTC Desire HD, but should be considered only that. While it’s definitely a solid smartphone, it doesn’t sport a dual-core CPU like a few of the monsters that have been recently announced.

Perhaps more importantly is that it ships running Gingerbread (2.3) update; something that matters more in Australia as Android updates are often released extremely late down under. Access to the latest version of Android from the get-go is definitely a nice bonus, as waiting for Gingerbread to be released as an update could potentially take quite a while.

Here’s a snapshot of the many options under $50 per month.
