- The Offer is available to residents of Australia who provide an Australian postal address and comply with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. By completing the “Reserve Deal” form on the WhistleOut website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Offer is limited to first 200 to register for the deal. All redemptions are explicitly linked to an authenticated email address submitted via the “Reserve Deal” form shown on participating products on the WhistleOut website. Offer will be withdrawn from WhistleOut.com.au and partner websites when 200 deal coupons have been registered for the deal preventing any further deal reservations on this promotion.
- An authenticated email address is required to participate in this offer. One claim per customer is permitted.

- Reserving a deal via the WhistleOut website does not guarantee eligibility for the deal.
- Reserving a deal does not guarantee nor reserve the pricing of the Optus product at optus.com.au or via Optus Telesales and Optus reserves the right to withdraw selected participating products from sale during the offer period. All reserved deals and redemptions are subject to stock availability.
- The important dates of this Offer are: a . the participating product must be purchased from optus.com.au in Australia from Monday 14 January 2013 until midnight AEST on Thursday 31 January 2013, (“Offer Period”).
- b. all information necessary to make a valid claim, (including your Optus Order number) must be received by WhistleOut no later than midnight on Thursday 31 January 2013 (“Claims Close”).
- To claim the Offer, purchase a participating product during the offer period then complete the redemption form online following the personalised redemption instructions. Instructions are sent to an authenticated email address used in the deal registration process through the WhistleOut website (and WhistleOut partner websites). Your Optus Order number will be used by Optus to verify your purchase.
- The Offer is available for the participating products sold in conjunction with any other special offer or promotion at optus.com.au.
- This Offer is not redeemable for in-store purchases or for purchases via Optus dealers.
- WhistleOut and Optus reserve(s) the right to verify the validity of all claims and the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Redemption claims that are not for the participating products, are outside the offer period, duplicate submissions on the same account for a single purchase, or relate to a purchase from a store or any Optus dealer will be considered invalid. WhistleOut will advise of these decisions from Optus by email to the authenticated email address.
- The Offer excludes iPhones and SIM Only plans.
- The Cashback Offer is for the participating products and will be delivered in the form of a $100 Prepaid Visa card to the name and address provided in the redemption form submitted to WhistleOut.com.au and partner sites.
- Successful claimants should allow a minimum of 25 business days from the date when WhistleOut receives their completed redemption voucher for validation and processing of their claim to receive their Prepaid Visa card.
- WhistleOut reserves the right to refuse any claim if the participating product is returned or cancelled.
