Interest Free Days on Retail Purchases
The interest free days on the Citibank Silver, Gold and Platinum credit cards are only available if you pay the balance of your previous statement in full at the time it is due.
Post Purchase Protection

You are automatically enrolled into the Citibank Rewards program when you apply for your Citibank credit card.
Using your Rewards
With Citibank Rewards, you can redeem points earned on your credit card for a wide range of rewards, including gadgets, homewares, clothing, wine, as well as vouchers for David Jones, Prouds and Myer.
Fast Track
You can also use Fast Track by combining points and a dollar amount debited to your Citibank credit card. Points plus cash payment program if you don't have enough points to claim your chosen reward.
Rewards Are Capped
Rewards are capped at:
- Silver credit card: 40,000 reward points
- Gold credit card: 60,000 reward points
- Platinum credit card: 120,000 reward points
Value of Rewards Points
16,500 rewards points are required to redeem a $100 gift card or shopping voucher. You will need to spend approximately $16,500 to earn this number of rewards points.
